Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1.Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2.Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and beginning to brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  • 3.Reduce heat to low, add honey and cream cheese, and stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • 4.Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5.Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute butter with vegan butter and use a vegan cream cheese.
  • Can be made with fresh or canned corn instead of frozen. Ensure canned corn is well-drained before use.
